We’re back from Florida!
We had a great time and Earl weathered his big adventure quite well. He enjoyed all the new smells and textures. He even dipped his paws in the surf and didn’t mind walking on sand at all.
Now the holidays truly begin for me and my family and I want to wish each and everyone of you much happiness now and in the coming year.
Here’s a pic of me and Earl relaxing on a pontoon my son-in-law rented and ferried us around in.
The girls took in the sights and the guys fished to their hearts content. The highlight was eating the fresh fish they caught, cooked and served to us at one of our son-in-law’s favorite Ft. Pierce restaurants, the Tiki Bar. Yum!
To honor this blessed season I’d like to leave you with one of my favorite Irish poems.
May you always have walls for the winds,
a roof for the rain,
tea beside the fire,
laughter to cheer you,
those you love near you,
and all your heart might desire.
Thank you for coming along on this blogging journey with me. I have lots of great topics and fun things to explore in the coming weeks and months. See you soon!
Smooches and hugs,
Nancy and Earl
